We buy each product from suppliers we have checked for that product.
Purchase record
Supplier, region and harvest season are recorded for the lot.
Inbound check
Identity, appearance, moisture and foreign matter are checked on receipt.
Laboratory testing
The lot is tested against the parameters agreed in the quotation.
Packing and lot code
Goods are packed to your specification and labelled with the lot code.

We don't operate our own processing plant. This is where each part of the work happens.

India's climates range from desert to rainforest, and each crop has its main growing areas. We buy from the region that suits the product.

How we buy
- We buy each crop in its season.
- Specifications, prices and payment terms are agreed with suppliers before purchase.
- Packing uses food-grade materials, with recyclable kraft and jute where food safety allows.
